The Better World Initiative has a long history of assisting charitable projects and initiatives that benefit children and at-risk youth; schools and education programmes; and Christian faith communities across New Zealand.

Te Reo Maori Resources
2011

In 2011 we supplied hundreds of the Discover NZ quiz game (translated into Te Reo) to Kura Kaupapa Maori schools around New Zealand.
Unicycles in Schools
2009

Ran a "buy-one, borrow-one" unicycling project reaching over 120 low-decile South Auckland schools, alternative education, and at-risk youth programs.

In 2005 and 2007, Better World facilitated the Quest series at a local Auckland high school, designed to help students explore thoughts about God and faith.

Deaf Christian Community Support

Supporting the Deaf Christian community in New Zealand — 1,000 copies of the Jesus Film in NZ Sign Language were produced and distributed for free.

2005

Supporting New Zealand house churches from 2005 to 2016, including setting up and managing an exhaustive NZ house church directory website launched in 2012.

Supporting Churches & Ministries

Strategic leadership, health training, and consulting for the faith community in NZ.

We have provided teaching and consulting for Equippers Church (formerly Auckland City Church), Auckland City Training School, and the Apostolic Church Movement of NZ (ACTS).

Our work includes theological research into the depth of NZ spirituality and the current state of the Christian Church.
